It's back to celebrate the Year of the Snake! Auntie Liz's favourite, it's the Cantonese-style roast duck, ready for the oven for you to finish at home.

Not to be confused with Peking duck and pancakes - this is Cantonese roast duck is marinated, air-dried for 3-4 days, and bagged ready to finish at home. 

We *recommend* adding our crispy chilli oil (which contains peanuts), sambal, and extras from our site to build the meal. 

Perfect with rice or noodles, or even add more to your celebration feast with our Signature Hainanese poached chicken and sauces!

Roast duck comes in 1 size: 

2.3kg halal (enough for 2-4, depending on how hungry you are)

INCLUDED IN PACK:

- Dry-Aged Duck (to finish roasting in the oven)

- Instructions (including video link to Auntie Liz cooking hers and how to carve)

- Herbal BBQ soy sauce to serve the roast duck

Our meals/products are prepared in a kitchen that contains eggs, fish, milk, peanuts, sesame, crustaceans, soy, nuts, tree nuts, gluten, lupin and sulphites.
