Kaya coconut jam
Create Mei Mei kaya toast at home with our signature kaya coconut jam. Based on the Hainanese Kaya, this is made with rich buttery caramel and fresh pandan leaves.
How to use:
Toast two slices of bread, add a thick layer of kaya jam on each inner side and add a thick slab (if you're feeling brave), of butter. Complete with soft boiled eggs on the side and a kopi (coffee), then you have the ultimate Singaporean breakfast! Or alternatively, add over ice-cream, hot cross-buns, pancakes or crumpets for sweet treat.
Made with quality fresh ingredients including egg, sugar, pandan, coconut cream and butter.
